Description

Project will be a new City street project approximately 320 LF in length from Caufield Drive to Caufield Square. The initial 230LF (starting at Caufield Drive) shall be a 24` wide asphalt road with 18" curb and gutter along each side. The remaining 90LF shall be a 24` wide asphalt road with no curb and gutter. The scope of work will include full depth asphalt paving, 18" curb and gutter, thermoplastic and paint striping, storm drainage piping and storm inlets, fill placement and compaction, rock removal, erosion control, final stabilization (topsoil and grassing), etc.
