Public Works Building, Phase 2 Additions and Renovations

The approximate extent and character of the Work is generally described as follows: In effort to complete the modernization of this critical Public Works facility, Phase 2 will feature an 8-bay small vehicle garage addition at the rear of the building which totals to 4,761 sf of new space. The owner has elected to pursue the larger version of this garage described as Add Alternate on the drawings. It is a pre-engineered metal building structure to match existing construction.
