TAPR - Visitor Center Entry and Roof and Paving

The Work consists of the following: 1. Redesign Visitor Center Entrance and Roof. The Work includes replacement of the existing roof structure at the open air “breezeway” entrance with a new roof and open-air structure, expanded Visitor Center vestibule, a new shade structure at the existing exterior alcove on the west side of the Administration Building, and replacement of the existing irrigated vegetated roof system with a new roof consisting of tapered insulation, membrane roofing and new drainage. 2. Resurface Parking Lot. The entry drive into the Park from the highway, the parking lot south of the park entrance drive, and the eastern portion of the loop drive north of the park entrance drive will be resurfaced with concrete pavement.
