The scope of this project should cover the items below for roadways Collectors in both the City of Newark Ohio and within unincorporated Licking County Ohio. Local roadways will also be included in a minor capacity, such as; typical sections for special types of non-collector roadways (i.e. Industrial roadways; Residential sub-collectors; etc.) and studying the varying types of local roadways (i.e. rural local vs. urban local vs suburban local, etc.).
