Description | As of November 9, 2022, information regarding the award and award date has not been disclosed. A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Professional services shall include but not be limited to the design, permitting, and engineering services for the Class I Phase V cell and associated access roads located at the St. Lucie County Baling and Recycling. The proposed Phase V cell will be approximately 21 acres in size. The design will include the Phase V bottom liner system, leachate conveyance, and stormwater management facilities. The scope will also include the capping/dismantling of existing leachate collection systems and relocation of existing utilities, and road(s) as necessary. Cell liner to tie into existing Phase IIIB and Phase IV A berms and liner systems. Phase V will be located immediately to the west of the existing Class I Landfill Phase IV A. Professional Engineering Services Class I Phase V Design, Permitting and Engineering Services St. Lucie County is requesting sealed Qualification packages from qualified firms or individuals to perform Professional Engineering Services as listed in Request for Qualifications St. Lucie County reserves the right to waive informalities, to reject any and all RFQ submittals, and to accept any RFQ submittals or any combination of RFQ submittals, which in its sole judgment will best serve the public interest. CAUTION: It is the bidder's/proposer's responsibility to ensure that bids/proposals/qualifications are received in the Purchasing Division prior to the date and time specified above. Receipt of a bid/proposal/qualification in any other County office does not satisfy this requirement. The Method of Contractor selection has not been determined at this time. |
