Housing Rehabilitation Program - Concrete, Steps, Electrical, And Hvac (Angel)

Tuckpoint Chimney. Roof was installed new last year so must protect the shingles from wear and tear while working on Chimney. Remove side landing and Front precast steps. Replace with wood steps and railing in the front. Side replace with wood landing, Steps, and Railing. It will require 2 footings to be dug and poured. Permit required. Remove concrete Slab between house and garage. 12’x9’ is the rough size needing to be replaced. Needs to have proper fall to drain away from buildings. Will need a 6’x4’ slab poured at existing side door after footings are poured. Need Electrical trouble shooting at the breaker box. Suspect breaker replacement making sure circuits not over loaded. Newer wiring, panel was replaced in 1983. At that time looks as if wiring in basement was brought up to code. Furnace condensation line needs replaced and may need a pump to assist getting proper flowage to floor drain. Need to add a return Air to the upstairs bedrooms to allow air to properly circulate.
