| Description | 1. Cabinet layout and dimensions 2. All cabinets shall be constructed from cabinet grade maple plywood (no particleboard). 3. The city will provide a color sample for the stain finish desired. The cabinets shall be stained with a matte finish. 4. Standard Cabinet doors shall be constructed of solid maple wood. 5. Successful bidder shall provide a shop drawing/submittal to city for approval prior to proceeding with work. 6. Successful bidder shall provide base and wall cabinets including all hardware. (cabinets to be installed by city personnel) 7. Knobs shall have a round shape, brushed nickel finish. 8. Hinges shall be a concealed-type with a brush nickel finish. (soft close type hinges) 9. Drawer guides shall be soft close type. 10. There are 16 cabinets to be constructed. 11. Photographs of corner cabinet is included to demonstrate required functionality and is to impart quality not limit competition.Cabinet doors and drawers facings shall be standard | ||
