Description

The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: site work and new construction of a multi-family apartment development along with an associated community center and outdoor pool area. A more exact scope of work has not been announced including the total square footage of the project. As of May 22, 2023, the project is currently on hold, due to an issue with one of the investors.
