The NYS Office of Mental Health seeks to enter into a Five (5) year contract to procure Preventative Maintenance and Chiller Services for the Buffalo Psychiatric Center located at 400 Forest Ave, Buffalo, NY 14213. Details are specified in the Contract Work Plan/Appendix D/ Attachment D and other pertinent information regarding contract expectations can be found in the attached Contract Boiler Plate (BP) and Invitation for Bid (IFB).
