N--TSCIF Door Delivery, Installation, and Removal of Old Door and Frame

The MICC End User requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following: LI 001: Remove old door and frame and edge/cut appropriate dimensions in wall for mounting new door and frame, 1, EA; LI 002: STC 50 Rated door and frame with installation, 1, EA; LI 003: provide Door Closer and mount to door, 1, EA; LI 004: provide Door threshold and mount to frame, 1, EA; LI 005: Provide door handle and mount to door, 1, EA; LI 006: provide Door exit push bar mounted to door with routing to magnetic sensor for hand key at top of door and frame, 1, EA; LI 007: Provide Hand key Magnetic Sensor and mount to frame and door, 1, EA; LI 008: Provide and install CDX-10 electronic combination lock on door and frame, 1, EA;
