Riverforest Road East Abutment Repair

For the labor and materials to: - Provide contracting services for the repair of the Riverforest Road East Abutment, Town of Brutus, Cayuga County, New York Town of Brutus reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids, to re-advertise for new Bids or to waive any informality in connection with any Bid. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment and materials for Riverforest Road East Abutment Repair for the following scope of work. Provide contracting services for the repair of the Riverforest Road East Abutment, Town of Brutus, Cayuga County, New York as shown on the following attached drawings: - Riverforest Road Bridge Over Cold Spring Brook East Abutment Repair Plan, Drawing No. PL-1 - Riverforest Road Bridge Over Cold Spring Brook East Abutment Typical Section, Drawing No. TS-1 - Riverforest Road Bridge Over Cold Spring Brook East Abutment Elevation And Plan, Drawing No. EP-1 - Riverforest Road Bridge Over Cold Spring Brook Estimated Quantities, Drawing No. EQ-1 Disposal of spoil material shall be at the Town of Brutus waste yard located on Lippoldt Road. Once begun, work shall be continuous until the backfill of the excavation and re-opening of Riverforest Road. It is anticipated Riverforest Road will require full closure for the duration of the work. As this is the only access to several properties, expedience in performing the work is required. Coordination with Town of Brutus Highway Superintendent. Additionally, the Contractor will be responsible for signage and securing the work area. All work shall be performed from the streambank an no equipment shall be placed within the streambed at any time. The Town has obtained the necessary permits to undertake this project
