Description

ORG 096 – Career Institute at Village Fair - Project consists of the following: 1. Upgrades to the facility’s main entrance and associated walls and doors to create a new welcoming interior entry with secured vestibule. 2. Addition of a new large rolling door near the dock area. 3. New attached building sign at one location. 4. Paint, flooring, and LED lighting upgrades limited to the existing corridor and new main entry locations. 5. Additional power and data outlets for new computer labs and equipment in the facility at two (2) new locations TBD. 6. Limited rework of existing interior partitions and doors as is required for the new main entry and vestibule also be included.
