Roof Replacement at Borden Park - Soccer Shelter

1. Roof is approximately 730 square feet 2. Remove and replace damaged wood supporting roof 3. Remove and replace asphalt shingle 4. Remove the existing roof material down to the decking and dispose of it properly 5. Some fascia needs replacement on the east and west side fascia of the structure 6. Replacement of at least one deteriorated board on the decking 7. Cost to replace additional decking boards if needed 8. Ice and weather shield membrane need to be installed along all the edges of the roof. 9. Vapor barrier membrane (synthetic or felt material) shall cover the entire roof. 10. Drip edging shall be installed around the entire structure 11. Thirty (30) year asphalt dimensional shingles must be used and installed to manufacturer specifications; color shall be selected by the City 12. Contractor to perform the work in accordance with the warranty requirements of the manufacturer and present the manufacturer’s warranty to the City prior to final payment. 13. Area shall be cleaned of all debris upon completion of the project 14. A minimal 5 year contractor warranty shall be given to the city
