Tarver, 4308 N. 51st Ave, Ste. #102, Phoenix, AZ 85031 Cartwright ES Weatherization Improvements: SFB Buildings 1002, 1003, and 1004: The Project Scope of Work for the Weatherization Improvements at Cartwright Elementary School shall include cleaning and sealing masonry cracks, clean and prep all exterior masonry surfaces, tuckpointing, removal and replacement of all exterior sealants, application of translucent silicone sealants on masonry surfaces, replacement of all deteriorated wood surfaces, clean, prime and paint all wood and metal surfaces, clean, prep, and paint all exterior hollow metal doors and frames, and replacement of all exterior door weatherstripping. Raul Castro School Weatherization Improvements: SFB Building 1001: The Project Scope of Work for the Weatherization Improvements at Raul Castro School shall include cleaning and sealing stucco and masonry cracks, clean and prep all exterior stucco and masonry surfaces, removal and replacement of all exterior sealants, application of translucent silicone sealants on masonry surfaces, application of block fill and elastomeric silicone coatings on all stucco and masonry walls to be painted, replacement of all deteriorated wood surfaces, clean, prime and paint all wood and metal surfaces, clean, prep, and paint all exterior hollow metal doors and frames, and replacement of all exterior door weatherstripping. Atkinson MS Weatherization Improvements: SFB Building 1001: The Project Scope of Work for the Weatherization Improvements at Atkinson Middle School shall include cleaning and sealing stucco and masonry cracks, clean and prep all exterior stucco and masonry surfaces, replacement of all exterior sealants, replacement of all deteriorated wood surfaces, clean, application of block fill and elastomeric silicone coating on all stucco and masonry surfaces, prime and paint all wood and metal surfaces, clean, prep, and paint all exterior hollow metal doors and frames, and replacement of all exterior door weatherstripping. Bret Tarver Elementary School Weatherization Improvements: SFB Building 1001: The Project Scope of Work for the Weatherization Improvements at Bret Tarver Elementary School shall include cleaning and sealing stucco and masonry cracks, clean and prep all exterior stucco and masonry surfaces, replacement of all exterior sealants, replacement of all deteriorated wood surfaces, clean, application of block fill and elastomeric silicone coating on all stucco and masonry surfaces, prime and paint all wood and metal surfaces, clean, prep, and paint all exterior hollow metal doors and frames, and replacement of all exterior door weatherstripping.
