Powhatan Water Line Loop Closure

The purpose of this project is to interconnect two existing 6 inch diameter water lines to create a looped water line. The looped water line will help reduce end of line flushing to maintain water quality. The project consists of supply and installation of approximately 442 feet of 6inch diameter C900 PVC water line and associated appurtenances as shown on the plan set “Powhatan Water Line Loop Closure” dated 3/10/2020 by Timmons Group. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for, and reasonably incidental to, preventing pollution of land, air and water and for controlling run-off and erosion of soil. Erosion and sediment control shall be accomplished so as to preclude sedimentation in general and in particular, of the County's storm water system.
