The work includes but is not limited to site work and utilities, concrete foundations, concrete masonry unit exterior and interior walls, structural steel framing, wood framing and sheathing, dampproofing, weather barriers and sealants, thermal insulation, shingle roofing, metal and wood doors, overhead coiling door, fiberglass windows, solar tubs, gypsum drywall board finishes, exterior and interior painting, toilet and bath accessories, plumbing and plumbing fixtures, HVAC heating and exhaust, electrical, lighting, and fire alarm system. The estimated cost of the work is $ 975,890. All questions and requests for interpretations must be submitted in writing by the Filed Sub-Bidders by 3:00 P.M., Friday, April 31, 2023 The work includes but is not limited to upgrades and renovations in the bathroom facility of the field complex at John F. Kennedy Elementary School.
