Iris Road Drainage Improvements - City of Rio Rancho

Iris Rd Drainage Improvements. The project consists of providing professional services for a design, an engineer's estimate and construction for the storm runoff that occurs in Unit 17, from Idalia Rd to NM 528, that erodes Iris Rd and deposits sedimate at the intersection of NM528 and Iris Rd. Currently, the storm runoff flows and sedimate create maintenance issues. NOTE: I increased the design and construction due to recent market trends. This project is in included in the City's or County's FY 2023-2029 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of October 18, 2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
