Lebanon and Warren Correctional Institute Renovations GMP-1 Camp Building

Setterlin Building Company is serving as the Construction Manager for the Lebanon and Warren Correctional Institutes. This project will renovate various portions of the operational corrections facilities. GMP-1 is for the Camp Building and is the only portion of the project bidding right now. The Camp Building (Camp) is part of the Lebanon Correctional Institution and is currently not occupied. This building is outside of the secured perimeter fencing. The project will replace two boilers and pumps as well as renovate the main restrooms and shower rooms. The goal for the Camp building is to complete the work by July 1st. Setterlin has already placed an order for some of the longer lead time equipment. The rest of the project will be bidding at a later date once those drawings are complete. **All bidding contractors are required to provide the completed prequalification form prior to bidding.
