The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, professional expertise, licenses, vehicles, tools, materials, services, equipment, and quality control for completion of this project. Work shall include inspection, testing, reporting findings, reviewing VA records, and incidental adjustments to boiler safety devices.
