The Project involves the replacement of two culverts at Upper Julian Pike (T-568) and Rose Drive (T-347) in Patton Township, Centre County, PA. All materials shall meet or exceed requirements of Specifications of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, Publication 408 and Publication 72M. The Contractor is responsible for the design and maintenance of traffic control and E&S controls during the Project
