Renovation of a service station / car wash facility in Jacksonville, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a service station / car wash facility. The Jacksonville Transportation Authority hereinafter referred to as the ("JTA" or "Authority") a body politic and corporate and an agency of the State of Florida, located at 100 LaVilla Center Drive, Jacksonville, Florida 32204, is requesting Bids for ITB No.22-020 Paint Booth REPLACEMENT. The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to solicit competitive Bids to establish a Contract to purchase from qualified and experienced firms, hereinafter referred to as the ("Contractor", "Vendor" or "Supplier") and to provide the JTA all applicable services for the removal and replacement of the paint booth system at the Myrtle Avenue Operations Campus as described in the solicitation. The JTA reserves the right to add or request additional units as desired at a mutually agreed upon price by way of a negotiated price with the successful Contractor or by competitive bidding.
