Description

The project consists of construction of trunk sanitary sewer from Foundation Court to W Memory Circle and 259th Street. Work items on this project consist of 9500 LF of sanitary sewer, geotextile fabric, crushed concrete base and erosion control items. All bids shall be valid for a period of at least thirty (30) days from the date of submission. The Sioux Falls Development Foundation reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, and to waive any irregularities. The successful bidder shall be a member or become a member of the Sioux Falls Development Foundation for a minimum commitment of three (3) years.
