The selected firm will perform design and plan development work necessary to produce construction contract documents for the Clear Creek Welcome Center, Black River Welcome Center Reconstruction, and the Lebanon Northbound and Southbound Rest Areas, including the following services: engineering assessment, environmental documentation, geotechnical engineering, design and plan development (including building design, parking design, storm water design, drinking water design, waste water design, landscaping, and signing and lighting design), topographic survey, permits, utility coordination, and construction phase services. |
