| Description | The project scope includes removal of 3-coat Stucco and EFIS finish, damaged insulation, flashings, copings, and other transitional materials currently attached to an existing CMU exterior wall. The replacement area covers exterior walls with various heights, surface areas and expansion joints. The exterior skin replacement is proposed to be metal panel with sections of colored highlights to enhance the look and aesthetics of the Detention Facility Campus. Building’s A-F have reported deterioration, discoloration, blistering and failure due to age and migrating bird infestation and pecking at the surface causing years of maintenance patching and repairs to address areas of failure. |
