Repair HVAC Systems Building 90141

-The resulting contractor shall repair a large HVAC system in building 90141 in accordance with the attachments listed in Section J. - This requirement is a Women-Owned Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 238220. - Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction: Between $1M & $5M. -Pre-bid site visit : Information can be found in Section L - 2.1 - Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels the solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. - This solicitation will be awarded in accordance with FAR Part 14, Sealed Bidding. Your attention is directed to Section L and M for site visit information, bid preparation instructions, and evaluation criteria for award.
