Small Structure Replacement Program Project

The Scope of Work includes removal of existing bridge structure and construction of new concrete box culvert structure. Project and bidding questions shall be conducted exclusively via email. Any questions regarding the project must be submitted to the above email address by 4:00 pm local time on Wednesday, January 18, 2023. No written questions after this date or verbal questions will be recognized. The Audrain County Commission intends to award the Project to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder and reserves the right to accept or reject any part or parts of all bids, to waive irregularities, and to accept the offer the County Commission considers the most advantageous to the County.
