DEMA Electrical and Latrine Modernization Utes L5160 Single

The project is a modernization of two areas of the facility. Building L5160 UTES was built in 1979 and commissioned in 1980, most of the electrical panels are obsolete and need to be replaced, switch gear that cannot be turned off and circuits for equipment that does not exist. Will need new panels and circuits run for bay lighting and latrine remodel. Building L5160, Pressure wash exterior surface. Patch and paint exterior walls. Sand, clean and paint exterior doors, door frames and roll up bay doors. BUILDING L5160 LATRINE DEMOLITION Remove and discard restroom entry door, frames and accessories. Remove and discard sink cabinets, countertop, sinks, faucets, angle stops, p-traps and accessories. Remove and discard wall mirrors, paper towel, soap, toilet tissue, trash, dispensers and accessories. Remove and discard toilet partitions, toilets, toilet seats, urinals, flush valves and accessories. Remove and discard shower faucets, valves, heads and accessories. Remove and discard lightings, switches, GFCI outlets and plate covers. Remove and discard all wall tiles, drywalls, hard lids and framings. Remove and discard supply air grills and return air grills. Remove and discard 4” rubber wall base. Remove and discard all drywall and or plaster
