The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration (NCA), anticipates awarding a Firm, Fixed Priced contract, in accordance with FAR Part 14, Sealed Bidding. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, material, and equipment necessary for a Burial Expansion at: Omaha National Cemetery providing General Construction and Pre-Placed Crypts in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), Specifications, and Plan Drawings.
