Pipe repair/replacement in Aboite Township. Address is 118 Chestnut Hills Pkwy (Jn Chestnut Hills Subdivision) Water is backed up in rear of property & neighbor`s property along the south property line in easement. Contractor: Trim trees in order not to break/ destroy any branches/ trees in back yard; limit damage to only branches needed to do project. Expose existing 12" outfall in low area of golf course; and check condition of pipe; please give price per foot for 12" HOPE if pipe will need repaired or replaced.Excavate and dump 20 tons of Rip Rap over fabric at end of outfall to reestablish flow path. If needed Remove & Replace approx.. 80 LFT of 12" HOPE and bed with 6" of No. 8 stone & backfill with stone to 6" above pipe. Pipe is approx. 4` deep. This pipe has been televised , & full of water 65` in from north STR. That STR should be lowered, please price to lower 6". Access can be gained Cart path on the north side of 110 Chestnut Hills Parkway.
