Description

Any proposal received after said time and date will not be considered by the Owner. No proposal may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of proposals for a period of sixty (60) days except as specifically may be provided by State law. The work to be completed shall consist of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to install +-130 LF concrete sidewalk and curb and gutter, and +-75 LF handrail complete with demolition, pavement removal and replacement and all appurtenances necessary to provide a complete installation as shown in the Appendix.
