Australian Pine Tree Removal Pilot Program FY 2021

Work shall include initial removal of vegetation from the site, immediate herbicide application at the time of removal, a second application of herbicide 90 days after the original removal, leveling, debris removal, and other tasks as described in the Specifications. All tasks are incidental to the price quoted per location. 1. Remove Australian Pine trees and other invasive and/or exotics to mitigate damage to adjacent developed properties. 2. Remove Australian Pine trees and other invasive and/or exotic growth to improve mowability of vacant lots. 3. Remove Australian Pine trees and other invasive and/or exotics to curtail the growth City-wide. 4. Remove Australian Pine trees and other invasive and/or exotics to eliminate excess fuel for wildfires when determined appropriate. 5. Remove Australian Pine trees and other invasive and/or exotics to eliminate nesting areas for unwanted vermin when determined appropriate. 6. Remove Australian Pine trees and other invasive and/or exotics to eliminate dumping areas for miscellaneous trash and debris. 7. Remove Australian Pine trees and other invasive and/or exotics to protect City infrastructure from damages. 8. Remove Australian Pine trees and other invasive and/or exotics from isolated/select areas on an as-needed basis.
