Description

Design Services: This project will provide for the upgrade of building systems in the Engineering Physical Sciences Building. This work includes the replacement of the existing 2 pipe system w/ a new 4 pipe high velocity VAV system. Add ductwork for the new VAV system, replacing plumbing, electrical secondary panels, and provide asbestos abatement as needed. A new mechanical room within existing square footage will be required to support this work. Building finishes will be upgraded as required which include floors, ceilings, lights.
