| Description | The Town of Cassel, Marathon County, Wisconsin, is accepting sealed bids for Thomas Hill Road, pavement replacement, from Edgar Village limits to 200 feet east of bridge 1370' x 21' wide. This is an LRIP project. Scope of Work: Provide traffic control, signing and flagging as needed. Pulverize the existing asphalt pavement for base course. Fine grade, water and compact the base course material. Pave with Wis DOT Spec. type 58-28S asphalt mix, compact to an average thickness of 3 inches in two lifts. Finish place and compact 2 foot shoulder gravel. |
