Plans call for kitchen renovations at the existing educational facility. All questions and material substitutions will be considered during the bidding phase until 3:00 p.m.,Eastern Time on Tuesday, April 18, 2023. No questions or substitutions will be considered after that time and date. All questions and substitutions will be addressed in an Addendum. Wilson from 2022: The 2017 plans for this building are in the Building Connected addendum folder for reference purposes only. Pictures of the existing kitchen are in the files section. The cut sheets for Armstrong Kitchen Zone ceiling panels are also in the addendum folder. Armstrong Kitchen Zone will be installed in the ceiling grid. **Please list sales tax separately, per the special notice section in the specs. Do not include reimbursable sales tax in your bid.
