Description

The work includes replacement of the bascule crest gate and two sluice gates at the Watershops Pond Dam and includes sitework maintenance and improvement of the dam. The new gates and new hydraulic power unit are being fabricated by others. The sitework includes but is associated with not limited to site preparation and site demolition; sediment and erosion controls; clearing and grubbing; control of water; earthwork; reinforced concrete; stone masonry repairs; gravity-type retaining wall, paving and surfacing; and misc. site improvements.
