| Description | Proposals shall be reviewed by an evaluation committee in accordance with Chapter 5.34 of the Portland City Code. The City of Portland is committed to increasing contracting, subconsulting, subcontracting and employment opportunities for disadvantaged, minority, women, emerging small businesses and service-disabled veteran business enterprise (D/M/W/ESB/SDVBE). Proposers are required to evaluate project requirements in order to maximize use of D/M/W/ESB/SDVBE firms.
