A. Remove existing air handler and corresponding condensing unit. B. Install new air cooled chiller in mechanical yard adjacent to building. C. Install new VAV modular air handler. D. Install new chilled water piping from new chiller to new air handler inside existing mechanical equipment room. E. Clean chilled water piping system and chemically treat. F. Test and Balance the completed chilled water system and air handler. G. Scope of demolition and removal work is shown on drawings.
