| Description | The work shall include removal, disposal, and installation of new heating, ventilating, and air conditioning; associated utility work; installation of ionization units and installation of air purifiers. HVAC units, ionization units, and air purifiers shall be provided by the owner for work associated with this contract. Perform all work required to accomplish demolition and disposal of existing units and to install new units and reconnect all utilities for a complete operation. Relocate or remove all existing utilities encountered in the work which are to be abandoned. Work shall involve schools throughout the county school system. Work of this contract involves no building additions and no building capacity or means of egress are modified by work of this contract. |
