Description

As of May 22, 2023, project was awarded to Omni Pump Repairs, awarded amount is $21,312.50. THE DUPAGE AIRPORT AUTHORITY IS SOLICITING SEALED BIDS FOR A LIFT STATION CONTROL CEN- TER REPLACEMENT. All contracts for the construction of public works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1, et seq.) Ifyou have any questions regarding this project, please contact me at (630) 208-6184.Daniel J. Barna All Bids must be submitted on the blank Bid Forms furnished with these Contract Documents. Please make and retain a copy ofthis Bid for your records. Any Bids received that are unsigned shall be subject to rejection. To the extent the work under the Contract is public works as defined by the Prevailing Wage Act, 820 ILCS 130/0.01 et seq. (the Act) the Contractor shall pay not less than the prevailing rate of wages as determined (by the Illinois Department ofLabor to all workers, mechanics, laborers and others working on the project. Periodic revisions to the prevailing rate ofwages for the various trades are made by the Illinois Department of Labor, and the Illinois Department ofLabors revisions to the prevailing rate of wages for the various trades are available at the Illinois Department ofLabors official website. Contractor shall timely submit certified payroll and all information required by the Prevailing Wage Act to the Illinois Department ofLabor at its Prevailing Wage Portal, and shall comply with all requirements ofthe Prevailing Wage Act, 820 ILCS 130/0.01 et seq. The prevailing rate ofwages are revised periodically by the Department ofLabor and are available on the Departments official website. Contractor shall further require all subcontractors approved by the Authority pursuant to Article IX and their lower-tier subcontractors to comply with these requirements. The Bidder shall return this Bid with all pages intact. Unless otherwise stated, all blank spaces on the Bid Pricing page or pages, applicable to the Specifications, shall be correctly filled in. Bids in which all items are not complete are subject to rejection. BIDDERS MAY NOT SUBMIT ADDITIONAL OR DIFFERENT BID OR CONTRACT TERMS/CONDITIONS EITHER WHEN SUBMITTING THEIR BID OR AFTER AWARD AND WITH THE CONTRACT. ANY SUCH AMENDMENT WILL BE REJECTED AND MAY RESULT IN REJECTION OF THE BID. The DuPage Airport Authority intends to replace its LMS400 Level Management System Triplex Control Panel in its entirety. The lift station pump control panel is located at 2700 International Drive in West Chicago, Illinois. Installation includes removal and replacement ofthe existing control panel and installation of new float and transducer in existing conduit Contractor shall provide temporary control of one (1) existing pump during replacement.
