Overhead Door Service. City of Lynn Invitation for Bids Overhead Door Service as Needed The City of Lynn is soliciting bids from contractors to repair and replace overhead doors on an as needed basis at various City/School buildings. Service are for on-call labor, materials, equipment, transportation, disposal and supervision necessary to perform repair at city municipal and school buildings as listed in specifications and as directed by the Inspectional Services Department. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 and to the minimum prevailing wage rates as required by M.G.L.c.149 26 - 27D. Specifications are available until the due date specified below. Reference Bid #03-475 when making request. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked: Bid# 03-475 Overhead Door Service. Emailed bids will not be accepted. Bid must be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the total bid price in the form of certified check, cashier's check or bid bond payable to the City of Lynn The City of Lynn reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all bids or any part thereof and make award as may appear in the best interest of the City.
