| Description | The development and execution of a Guaranteed Energy Savings and Sustainability Master Plan and Program Implementation (GESSMPP) at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (“CVG”). The contract will be separated in two distinctive and successive phases. Phase I will result in a written energy and sustainability master plan. Phase II will result in the actionable programming of what the successful Proposer submitted and receives approval from KCAB to pursue. Phase II may utilize various delivery methods including any or all elements of design, build, finance, operate, maintain(DBFOM). By providing details, recommendations, and considerations of each DBOMF element in the response and master plan, the Proposer and KCAB will identify the best possible operational and financial outcomes suited for CVG’s long-term resiliency. In short, the Proposer will be responsible for executing on its own written plan including proposed service level agreements (SLAs). |
