Renovation of a residential development in Sparta, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Sparta is seeking eligible residential construction Licensed and Certified General Contractors with the State of Tennessee to rehabilitate two (2) owner-occupied homes in Sparta, TN, as part of the 2021 THDA HOME Grant program. Sparta reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Please place ATTN: Sparta HOME program on the envelope of the sealed bid. All bids must be submitted in compliance with the Housing Reconstruction Bid Packet and Instructions to Bidders. Bidders must be qualified for the type of construction being bid upon. Contractors will agree to a timeline set forth by the Grant Administrator (UCDD) and must comply with ICC Codes and inspection guidelines set forth in the bid packet.
