Garden City Terminal Domestic Access From Grange Road

Questions related to Bidding Documents and Project site shall be directed in writing to A/E, attention Joshua Huston (JHuston@MoffattNichol.com) No questions will be accepted after Friday, January thth, 2023 at 3:00 P.M The proposed project consists of providing all materials, equipment, and labor required to complete the construction of a new Domestic Gate from Grange Road into the Mason Intermodal Yard. Site work shall include clearing, grubbing, excavation, backfilling, grading, compacting select material for subgrade, installation of graded aggregate base course, paving with hot mix asphaltic concrete, and installation of traffic control devices such as signage and striping. Project also includes the construction of all gate components including but not limited to credentialing stations, Optical Character Recognition (OCR) portals, over height protection tee poles, gate arms and security fencing. Utility work includes the installation of new drainage piping, underground electrical/telecommunication conduits, high mast light poles and fixtures, and other ancillary items.
