| Description | Marathon Sheriff Substation Building New TPO Flat Roof and Clay Tile Roof Repairs: Replace all new TPO roof to match existing roof. Replace or repair any damaged subsurface as needed in kind before installing the new TPO roof. Caulk and seal the entire roof and openings with Advanced Sealant Caulk Polymer sealant. Provide engineering necessary to permit the work. Permit fees are included in the bid. Contractor shall furnish the owner a fifteen (15) year no dollar limit total system warranty covering the cost of repairing leaks as a direct result of either defect in the material or the workmanship involved in its installation for the new TPO flat roof Repair all of the damaged Clay Tile's to match the existing Clay tiles. Marathon Library Clay Tile Roof and TPO coating and repairs : Repair all the Clay Tile to match the existing clay tiles on the r oof caulk and seal the entire roof and openings with Advanced Sealant Caulk Polymer sealant. Provide engineering necessary to permit the work. Permit fees are included in the bid. Repair any damages to the TPO flat roof, and after apply 2- coats of GACO S-2000 white coating. | ||
