Annual Road Improvements

Annual road Improvements at Princeton Place, Ziff Lane, Fieldston Road, Jeffrey Lane, Nassau Place, Hardwick Court, University Way. Add Alternate Hendrickson Drive. The work under this contract includes the furnishing of all labor, material and equipment necessary or required to complete all work set forth in the contract documents. The Base Bid includes but is not limited to soil erosion and sediment control, site clearing, traffic maintenance and protection, removing and replacing pavement, concrete curb, sidewalk and driveway work, milling, mix I-2 base course, mix I-5 surface and leveling course, handicapped ramp installation, RCP storm pipe installation, storm sewer doghouse manhole installation. Quantities include but are not limited to approximately 22,900 SQ YD of milling, 3,360 Tons of I-5 surface course, 1,955 SY of mix I-2 base course, 3,170 LF concrete curb, 14,760 SQ FT concrete sidewalk, 7,930 SQ FT concrete driveway. The Add Alternate Bid (Hendrickson Drive) Bid includes but is not limited to traffic maintenance and protection, removing and replacing pavement, joint seal with rubberized asphalt, Hot Mix Asphalt driveway work, milling, mix I-2 base course, mix I-5 surface, bicycle safe grate, Type 'E' inlet bicycle safe grate, break away sign post, pavement striping. Quantities for Add Alternate Bid include but are not limited to approximately 5,296 SQ YD of milling, 635 Tons of I-5 surface course, 789 SQ YD of mix I-2 base course, 206 SQ FT hot mix asphalt driveway, 2" thick., 3,780 LF traffic stripes, epoxy yellow.
