On-Call COTA Door Repair Services

The Contractor shall possess the training, skill, experience and qualified personnel to provide all types of repairs to the roll up overhead doors, pedestrian doors, automatic gate operators and dock levelers used in all of COTA's facilities. Exhibit A provides a listing of the overhead doors and gate operators at the COTA facilities. G. Services to be performed under this Contract shall include, but shall not be limited to, the following tasks: 1. Inspection and/or servicing of both mechanical and electrical components of overhead door operators. 2. Inspection and/or servicing of both mechanical and electrical components of automatic gate operators. 3. Troubleshooting and repair of in-pavement sensitivity loops for overhead door operators. 4. Troubleshooting and repair of limit switches for both door operators and gate operators. 5. Troubleshooting and repair of infrared detectors utilized to ensure safety of automatic gate operators. 6. Troubleshooting and repair of mechanical spring operated dock levelers, on demand. 7. Inspection and/or servicing of both mechanical and electrical components of high speed overhead doors and operators. 8. Repair and/or rebuilding of brake components on overhead door operators and automatic gate operators. 9. Mechanical removal and installation of overhead door curtains. 10. Removal, repair and/or replacement of overhead door slats. 11. Removal, repair and installation of gate sections. 12. Other miscellaneous repairs and installations as required.
