Plans call for the renovation of the existing building for a medical facility. The scope of work consists of the interior renovation of existing medical office into new dermatology clinic. Work includes but is not limited to site demo, new sidewalks and paving, new architectural casework, countertops, doors and frames, glass, metal stud framing and GWB, acoustical ceilings, flooring, paint, specialties, window coverings, wall protection, signage, plumbing, HVAC and electrical. As of December 27, 2022, all sub-bids have been received by the general contractor. While a firm construction timeline has not yet been determined, construction is expected to begin in February of 2023. |
