| Description | Blast and paint the interior of a 3.0 million gallon steel standpipe including repair of pitting steel with epoxy filler. Base Bid shall consider structural roof steel repairs and flat plate steel repairs for the standpipe; (2) Replacement of one (1) 24-in altitude valve, three (3) 24-in gate valves, and one (1) check valve in the valve house. Removal and replacement of the valve house roof to facilitate valve replacements; (3) Additive Alternate 1 shall consider removal and replacement of the standpipe roof with a self-supported aluminum dome roof. |
