Install, renovate and or update existing freestanding signage

The undersigned has applied to the Pemberton Township Planning Board for minor site plan approval with related "c(2)" variance relief to permit the applicant to install, renovate and or update existing freestanding signage and permitting the applicant to install a round 5(ft) internally illuminated cabinet of 19.63 (sf) that includes the name of the franchise and an additional sign to include the franchise logo consisting of channel lettering being 16(in.) in height and 20.45(ft) in length with an area of 24.67(sf) all of which are proposed to be affixed to the exterior facade of the existing Burger King restaurant where under Section 190-23 J (1)(a) only one such sign is permitted to be affixed to the exterior of the building with a total area of not more than 40(sf) and the applicant proposes two signs with a total area of 44.45(sf) together with variance relief under Section 190-23 J(1)(b) allowing the applicant to install the same signage in the same manner on the additional exterior wall that faces the adjoining and intersecting public street where only one sign is permitted with a total area of not more than 40(sf) and the applicant proposes two signs with a total area of 44.45(sf) for the additional facade of the building that faces the intersecting street together with variance relief under Section 190-41 where external illumination for signs affixed to the exterior of the principal structure is permitted from below; however, the applicant proposes internal illumination for the round 5(ft) cabinet sign that features the franchisor's name and back-lighting for the sign that includes the channel lettering that features the franchisor's logo, together with related design waivers to permit applicant to renovate exterior menu boards and install overhang at existing drive-thru order window and any and all other variances or waivers that may be required to permit the applicant to obtain minor site plan approval and complete proposed renovations to existing Burger King restaurant located on Block 772, Lot 39, being commonly known as 102 Juliustown Road, Browns Mills, Township of Pemberton, County of Burlington and State of New Jersey,
