| Description | The County of Sheridan, Wyoming will receive sealed bids for a Federal-Aid project to furnish and apply dust suppressant to approximately 65 miles of county roads. Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders of the Contract Documents. No Bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled time for the public opening of Bids. The County of Sheridan has the right to award the Contract to the lowest, responsible, responsive bidder and reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities. |
